CHARLIE SCHMIDT

Charlie was born August 24 sometime last century. My father Charles Sr. was in the Army when he met my mother Eiko Minami on the beautiful island of Okinawa. I am a military brat! I’ve spent my life traveling and in doing so I have gained a deep respect for other cultures. I believe I’ve acquired my love for dance through my mother and my poetry through my father. Acting may be my own. Whether through movement, in character or on the page, life is my stage. Strange and Familiar.
